Over time, a vehicle's headlights may begin to cloud, and that may make it harder to see when driving at night or during rainy conditions. Fortunately, it is possible to restore your headlights without spending a lot of time or money doing so.

One option is to use insect repellent to restore the headlights to their original condition. It is important to not get of the repellent on the car's paint as it can eat away at it. Instead, you will want to put it on a clean rag that you will slowly wipe the headlight with.

If you feel comfortable doing so, it may be possible to sand a headlight to remove imperfections. However, be aware that sanding a headlight too hard could ruin it, which means that it would need to be replaced entirely. Headlight restoration services may be available at Bob Utter Lincoln.
